Breakfast,we arrived 7.30 am everything was missing we needed to asked stuff to clean a table to set.

Location is nice. Good staff.
Too small room, plain and very simple interior. Extremely poor Wi-Fi connection. Breakfast is not bad, but I wish a more diverse menu.

Excellent location & extremely friendly Reception Staff but bar staff and senior mgt very rude
The pool area was fantastic and the rooms were lovely and the beds were comfortable The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful and the waitress at breakfast was super helpful and very pleasant to deal with The veranda and the location of the hotel was fantastic and we would definitely recommend it to other people
The air-conditioning in the rooms was not cold enough for the weather that we were having as it was still very warm and humid out The bar staff were extremely slow and were very hard to find a Times even though we had to go to Reception to ask them to call them and they did not show up The drinks from the bar we’re not good value they were expensive and did not have a lot of alcohol in them There was a gentleman who was extremely rude to my husband at the second spa pool We only discovered the spa pool area on our last day, and when my husband went up there for the second time, this tall, blonde haired gentleman with a beard was there, and he was extremely rude to my husband, and told him that he needed to give him his room number, and then, when my husband told him the room number, he threatened him to get out as he was not in a junior suite room There were no signs stating that this area was only for select guests. The area was completely empty both times that my husband went there, and this gentleman was extraordinarily rude to my husband, and my husband was very insulted and confused. The showers in the bathroom were also extremely small and uncomfortable

Wonderful
Lovely grounds, good locaion for travelling around Italy on trains. Nice quiet pool area. Great coffee and lovely baked goods at breakfast.
